We want you to LOVE your special purchase from Artisan's. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return for an exchange or store credit only (with exceptions as noted below). Credit card refunds and refund checks are not available for returns.
In order to receive a store credit, it is imperative that you contact Artisan's, via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (603)526-4227, within two (2) business days of receipt of your shipment, to cite any dissatisfaction with, or damages due to shipping of, product(s). Insurance claims due to damage through shipping need to be made immediately.
Returned items must be 1.) Accompanied by a receipt (original receipt or gift receipt); 2.) In their original packaging; 3.) In perfect, unused condition; 4.)Returned within 7 days of the date of the invoice from Artisan's. Returned items should also be 5.) Insured for their full value; and 6.) Mailed back to Artisan's with "tracking."
Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. Shipping costs (both to and fromthe customer) will not be refunded.
APPAREL: All original tags MUST be on any apparel returned;
SPECIAL ORDERS and FINAL SALE ITEMS: These purchases are not eligible for exchange or store credit;
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Artisan's reserves the right to not accept a return if all of the above requirements are not met.

While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
Items purchased through artisansnewlondon.com will ship in the continental USA via United States Postal Service (USPS) within three* (3) days of purchase. Please provide an accurate and full mailing address.

Packages should arrive within 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Artisan's tracks all packages.
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing any shipments to a customer.
Fees for returns made by the customer will be incurred by the customer. All packages returned to Artisan's should be tracked and insured, as Artisan's is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
* The exception to this are items from Sunapee Graniteworks, which are custom made to order, and ship within five (5) business days.

With the goal of providing the best customer service and product selection possible to our customers, this would be for matters that include, but are not limited to: information about products and art sold through Artisan's, the customer service experience, tracking, refunding, or exchanging orders, upcoming promotions or events.
Artisan's is also interested in evaluating the effectiveness of the artisansnewlondon.com website, specifically in regard to marketing, advertising and sales.
